Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Eldercare Log. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only with authority to share the information you enter.
Care coordination, not medical advice
Eldercare Log is a coordination and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Always contact qualified professionals or emergency services when a situation requires them.
Accounts and circles
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for inviting only people who should participate in a care circle. Circle admins control membership and permissions, and members must respect the privacy of everyone in the circle.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, upload malicious material, access information without permission, interfere with the service, or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users or the service.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Some subscriptions may start with a free trial. If a trial is offered, Checkout will show the trial length, card requirement, and post-trial price before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid monthly plan shown at checkout. You may cancel future billing from Settings or by contacting support. We do not promise refunds for past billing periods except where required by law.
