Do I need to install anything from an app store?
No. Eldercare Log is a web app. Open it in your browser, sign in, and add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app.
Where is my loved one's information stored?
It stays secure inside your private care circle in Eldercare Log. You control the access and permissions. We will never sell your data.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Eldercare Log works in the browser on iPhone and Android, and you can add it to your home screen for one-tap access, with setup instructions provided.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
During the 7-day trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After monthly billing begins, a circle admin can cancel future renewals from Settings. If the current billing period has already been paid for, access continues until that period ends.
